Dr. Eileen Pippins, Psy.D. 
 
Dr. Pippins is an engagement strategist, organizational psychologist, facilitator, educator, speaker and author dedicated to advancing equity, engagement, and leadership development. With more than two decades of experience in organizational change, learning and development, and workforce development, she designs processes that empower teams to communicate effectively, manage conflict constructively, and lead with empathy and integrity.

Dr. Pippins has facilitated strategic planning, conflict management, engagement, and leadership training for organizations including First 5 Contra Costa County, Seattle University, California State University Sacramento, Black Women Organized for Political Action, and Learning for Equity - Seattle. Her work blends communication theory, organizational psychology, and cultural humility to build bridges across sectors and communities.

Eileen’s reach extends globally—through community engagement and leadership projects in Ghana, Jamaica, Cuba, and Brazil—where she explores the intersections of culture, collaboration, and transformation. Her methodology combines storytelling, systems thinking, human design, and psychological insight to help organizations build capacity and belonging.

A certified Radical Collaboration facilitator, DiSC Profile trainer, and Mental Health First Aid educator, Eileen integrates organizational psychology, adult learning theory, and facilitative leadership to strengthen communication and performance. Her reach extends globally - Ghana, Jamaica, Cuba, and Brazil - and deepens her cross-cultural approach to leadership and systems design.
